1. Service Description

Astor TuneUp provides golf swing video analysis tools designed to assist golfers and coaches in analyzing and managing golf swing videos.

2. Subscription Terms

Astor TuneUp Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features.

• Subscription Options: Monthly subscription and Annual subscription.
• Payment Processing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store, or to your Google Play account on Android, when the purchase is confirmed.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription Management: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings on iOS, or through Google Play subscription settings on Android.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to the refund policies of the store through which the subscription was purchased.

4. Local Data Storage

Videos and analysis projects are stored locally on the user's device unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for managing their local files and backups.
